Hi my name is Jessica but most know me as Jessie. I have been having seizures pretty much through out my whole childhood.Though I was not diagnosed till spring 2004(at 13yrso). Unfortunately, I was not diagnosed till I banged my head and had a grand-mal seizure in school. Even after my diagnosis with epilepsy I was not diagnosed with the correct type till I was 17yrso. The types of epilepsy I have are Juvenile Myoclonic Epilepsy with Janz, Reflex Epilepsy(photosensitive) and Catamenial Epilepsy. The type of seizures I have are absence, myoclonic, tonic-clonic, simple partial and complex partial.
I joined cwe group because I wanted to meet others that have this medical condition and learn a little more about it.

welcome jessie, you are in the right place for help with understanding there are many people here better than me to piont you i the right direcion for further reading and many of us will try answer your questions and support you :)
