Hi all!
My name is Peggy and I have a daughter with autism and epilepsy. She is non-verbal which makes it very difficult. She is 22 now and had her first seizure when she was 13, the day she started her period. She has been on a lot of different medications and nothing is controlling them completely. Many of the meds had to be stopped because they caused aggressive behaviors. She has 1-2 seizures a month which is not bad considering she had very bad ones that ended us in the ER and flight for life trips. We have made progress! I am a single mom, work 40 hours per week outside the home and have no other children. I live in Colorado :woot:
