Yesterday I went to the fracture clinic about my pelvis after being run over by a transit van and after an xray we discovered that both of the screws in the base of my spine holding one side of my pelvis together have come out the surgeon has given me 3 months to see what gives before he opens me up to remove these two screws and replace them by pulling my pelvis back to shape as one side of me I am 6ft 2in tall and the other side I am 5ft 8ins once back at the right height he wants to bolt it rather than screw it so its looking more like I'm gonna spend this year having to learn to walk again god I hate hospitals

Sounds to me like you're just getting screwed again. (sorry, it just had to be said)

I believe you are right being screwed by the bloody transit driver and the surgeon lol

Sorry to hear this. I know you are amazingly tough, but it sucks to have to go under the knife again. I have a similar (though much less serious) problem with my shoulder. Staples put in to repair it a few years ago have since come undone, and I have to have more surgery done next month to try and fix it.

I hope you aren't in too much pain.

I'm not in that much pain at pres but I think that's mainly due to the collection of painkillers I'm dosed up on in fact at this moment I'm stood in chesterfield market doing a bird of prey demo let's just hope my pelvis doesn't drop totally on one side or you will probably hear me screaming lol I hope you get sorted soon and as painlessly as possible too
