Tomorrow is the kid's First Snow Day! They are happy as can be! I have to admit, I am too! I do not look forward to driving in blizzard conditions! So tonight were staying up alittle later, and "hopefully" be sleeping in alittle later than 6am tomorrow! :ponder::woot:

Haha! lucky you girl, ours was about 6 weeks ago and only gets worse by the week, end of the driveway's plowed in, can hardly even see my car (thanks epilepsy), and it's supposed to be -20 in a few days but with wind -80. YEAH CANADA!!!

qtown- I'd love to see pics. :D

Last week we had snow during the night. It didn't stick on the ground but did stick on the deck. The weatherman said we (in Dallas!) had snow before Chicago did this year, lol.

Enjoy your snow day. And be careful if you have to get out.

Pffft snow day! U guys are so lucky down there - we have snow months, like 5 at a time.
I'll try and put pics on soon.
Yes that's the good thing about getting out, not my problem when I can't drive.

I'm in Grand Island, i foresee a lot of scooping in my near future. Oh well, it could be worse, I heard the power is out North of town.

Also, I left my sleds in Minnesota :(

all i know i freezing to death,my feet nearly dropping off with cold.....had snow last week pouring with rain this week and wiiiiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnndy

You should see the beautiful view of the Colorado Rockies with all the snow we now have. Those on the ski slopes are loving it!!!

We never have great snow in the uk :( enjoy :) we normally head to Austria for snowboarding but giving it a miss this year as we were not sure how safe snowboarding an epilepsy were! I'm guessing not very!

Well so far at 1pm, we;ve been up, playing guitar hero, watching christmas movies, eating lunch now... just catching up on some wash... I have no plans to go anywhere today! My husband had to work this morning. He should arrive home by 3pm. Other than that, the kids are dying to get out into the snow! But I have all the snow pants in the storage container we have in the garage, and the snow is so high, Im not going to go out there and get all wet! So I told the kids to wait til dad comes home to help scoop the snow out of the way to get the stuff out for sledding! :)

Sigh yes isn't it great all the things to which we can just say, 'wait til your dad gets home.' Nice to stay comfy and dry.

Yes it is! :) The youngest went out in the backyard already... but the other two are waiting to get their snow pants on!

I wish it would snow here! But not until after my flight out tomorrow morning. Looks like it will be raining on Christmas down in Maryland (where I'll be for the holidays).
