I had a major TC seizure last week and it's taken a few days to get over it as it always does. The one I had prior to that was on a Sunday and I foolishly went into work the next day. I had an awful day at work that day and was convinced I could hear voices and that the people I was talking to on the phone were mocking me, is this post-ictal paranoia normal? I haven't been able to find anything out about it and I have no-one to ask, I thought I was going mad :paperbag:

No you are not going crazy, that is why you need to take things easy after a seizure.

:yeah: (((hugs))) Next time take at least a day off, and don't get out of bed. My last tcs took me almost 4 days to recover from.
