I need a job. Now.
I've been waiting over two years for my damned disability, I'm stuck at my moms, I have no income... I have to get out of here somehow.
Currently I'm on Medicare. Or is it Medicaid? I always get them confused... Anyway, that is how I can afford my medication. I added it up and it totals to a little under $25,000 a year for my medication.
Problems:
1. If I get a job that pays too much, I won't be eligible for Medicare(aid?).
2. If I'm not eligible for Medicare, I won't be able to pay for my meds, unless I get a GOOD job, or if my job has an insurance policy.
3. I know that a lot of companies have polices against 'pre-existing conditions'... I've been epileptic since I was 16...
So even if I got a job at Wal-Mart or something, I'm sure their insurance wouldn't pay for $25k worth of meds for an employee that is paid only $10 an hour...
Suggestions? Advice?
Anything?
