Hi. I have been researching to find out more about foods that are rich in glutamate and the effect they have on the brain.
Am still learning alot - am not sure about pumpkin and sunflower seeds. I thought they were good for you, but now I've read that they are sources of glutamate. Isn't that bad ?
Any advice would be appreciated.
