Hi flinnigan, I take my meds at breakfast, lunch and dinner. That will be the same. I do not know about the time change? Does your state have it? Some states no longer have it. Some counties in the same state do not have it.
 
3 weeks to go before spring forward

This is funny. I really didn't know there ia a difference in spring forward between US and Europe so this thread was a bit confusing to me.
In Holland we do forward the clock one hour on the LAST sunday of March, this year March 29th (and back October 25th.)
 
Thanks Feast, Kind of a dumb question huh. I wasn't sure if changing med routines by one hour was a big deal.
 
GACK! look at the time!... the day is moving too fast! Only one more clock to reset now....
 
Don't forget - In Europe the clocks moved on 1 hour tonight midnight 28th March
