Hello,
Been here before - but still have so many questions!
Husband had last seizure 6 months ago, diagnosed then with epilepsy (due to 3 seizures in 8 years) went through every EVERY test there is to determine diagnosis. On meds now and seizure "free"
However, since the last seizure he has experienced "tremors" or shaking. He describes it as the feeling of his nerves being on the outside of his skin. Anytime he puts an weight on his legs, arms, hands, even fingers he trembles or has "the shakes" when he bends over to pick something up he feels a trembling sensation in his torso. When he flexs his legs, arms he has tremors/shaking.
We have seen 2 neuros who do not seemed concerned about these symptoms. We are seeing another one this month.
Anyone else have this or know anything about it???
This was not happening before he had his last seizure........what happened??

Sorry for all your hubby and you are going through.

I wonder if they think its just essential tremors..which basically are harmless..but still. To me, it sounds like his body is "talking" and trying to tell him something is not quite in balance.

I would also consider adding minerals/supplments esp magnesium, potassium. Many of our meds deplete the system of much needed nutrients. But docs won't tell you this.

Did they do any lab work? Honestly sometimes you have to know stuff in order to just ASK them to test.

Many here and in general do not get enough minerals and proper supplements. I saw an amazing specialized nutritionist who got me feeling so well and blew the minds of my neuro and other docs.

BALANCE the brain needs to be balanced with all its symptoms.

Best to you and your hubby~

Warmly, Jan

What med is your husband on? Perhaps it's a side effect.
