I just had another Simple Partial Seizure and felt like this again.
Most of the times when I have an SPS I feel like I have to vomit. Sometimes I feel like I need to have a bowel movement. Sometimes both. Sometimes it's worst than other times. It is VERY unpleasant.
I've posted that I feel this way in the thread someone made about seizures hurting.
My epilepsy Dr. says this happens because the seizures are caused by a closed head injury and the part of my head that was injured was the part that makes one feel sick or cramped up in the gut.
I just hope that it doesn't get to the point were I really do have to vomit. Sometimes it has been a close thing making it to the bathroom to have a BM.
Sorry if this is gross.

I have felt dizzy, have vomited (at home, fortunately), had diarrhea, and blacked out.
None of it is pleasant, and it is emotionally painful.

I usually dry heave right before a simple and/or complex, but no vomiting. It's not a pretty sound (like a cat with a fur ball stuck :)) and feel sick to my stomach. I'd be curious, too, about which part of the brain may cause it, since I'm in the middle of trying to figure this out.

right now i have been in a ps for probably 30 minutes. i should have timed it but i expected it to end quickly. i do feel like throwing up but i usually don't have that symptom. my seizures originate in parietal lobe, sorry for all lower cse letters it afects my left arm.

When I have several simple partials in a row I feel nauseated--I don't vomit but I'm definitely nauseated. Same with complex partials.

I had a closed head injury. I'm not sure exactly how it happened; (I have memory loss) but I rear ended a very large vehicle. Fortunately only one person in it had minor injuries (whiplash). However I was almost killed. I don't know the scientific name for the part of my brain but I suppose it would be the frontal lobe. The airbag saved me but also slammed open into my head.
