I had surgery for a herniated disc in early January. The surgery went great and I'm healing very fast, no one can believe it.

Was in a good bit of pain the first week then after that things just were uncomfortable to do, espically sitting. So being in a chair infront of the computer just wasn't working for me.

I'm sitting pretty good now and the dr suggested I get a donughnut to sit on and it's making it alot better.

It's so good to be back. I've missed you guys!!!!!
