Was at work, accident. Don't remember anything, I'm blind in my right eye, and got broken arm, so far no new seizures, memory is crap at home but not liking being handicapped. Gladto be alive, worried about bills, Xmas is cancelled.

Oh my gosh.. I am so sorry Abynorml that this has happened to you. Thankful that you are okay and no new seizures. If it was an on the job injury, your medical bills will probably be covered workmans comp or similar. Will your vision return or is it too early to tell?
Take care and keep us posted. Try not to cancel all of Christmas.

My best to you
MaryK

Bill. Are covered, worried about car bills and other bills workerss comp is ran bt greedy insurance companies

Abynorml,
So sorry to hear about your accident.

blind in right eye and broken arm due to accident? poor, poor u......

after that fall, its celebrate life, no canceling Christmas.....

'bill' cant find u if u 6 ft under, amazing how we do survive..

"no new seizures" :)

OH MY, I glad you are OK.

I know about worrying about bills, but try to enjoy Christmas.

Wow, that's quite a fall! I hope you get better quickly, and will have company to help out over the holidays. Don't cancel Xmas, just celebrate it quietly for now, and more raucously when you feel able. Sending healing thoughts your way.

What a terrible thing to happen!
I am so sorry.
I hope that your arm recovers quickly and that you do regain your sight in your right eye.
Is this a possibility?
There is still a chance to have Christmas though! It can still be Christmas without any gifts when you get together with family and friends!
I hope that the seizures remain at bay and that the bills will sort themselves out somehow.
Take care of yourself!

:agree:

I know it would be harder to say if we were in your shoes, but ya gotta admit 30 feet is not your every day fall. I grand mal off the couch and it's going to change how i do a few things this year, but 30 feet???
If it was between Christmas with one eye or knowing my family was burying me I'd go for the eye. Lol then do all my worrying and moping come January...

Wow. I'm so sorry. But you've come out of it so well already. Forget about Christmas, you need to recover!

Please take care. You're so strong already!!

Ouch!

I did that too when i was 15 but i think you came off worse than me >.<

Hope you're feeling better soon, do they know if your sight will come back?

WOW, someone must have been looking out for you. People die from 10ft falls fully conscious!

Don't worry about the bills, there's too many things to be glad about (you're still alive)

Also, Santa is gonna come wether you like it or not...... Merry Christmas!

He brought you many things in his sack!
1. you're still alive
2. you're not paralyzed
3. you're not spending christmas (or any extended time) in an intensive care unit
4. it wasn't both eyes
5. your face isn't destroyed to the point of cosmetic surgery

I know right now you wanna tell me to F off but it was 30 feet! And... you have the option to spend Christmas with your family, all you have to do is choose to go for it. HUGS man.

I'd take a broken arm and partial blindness over death.

Sounds like you have a lot to be thankful for.
