I haven't heard much, really. I live in Spring, TX, in Harris county, and besides a few firetrucks a little while ago, we haven't had any trouble. I didn't even know we were under a burn ban until hearing it on TV.
Problem is that not long ago, everything froze, so it's just tinder now. It's so windy, too.
We haven't even reached summer yet... Oh, I can just imagine the heat wave coming our way.
