My doctor called me today. The MRI of my brain is Abnormal. Good news, there is no brain tumor. The doctor said the results on the MRI are usually consistent with Multiple Sclerosis, sometimes Migraine Headaches. I asked , so do I have Epilepsy or not? He said he is not going to give me a firm diagnosis od anything. He hax faxed my MRI over to my Neurologist and he will look at it, order more tests if need and make any neurological diagnosis. (My family docotr ordered the MRI)
So now I have an Abnormal Sleep Deprivation EEG and Abnormal MRI.

Wierd...I thought iot was going to be siezures...shocked when he told me possible MS!

I would wait til u see neurologists before u jump to conclusions and do the eeg and mri and his personal testing then u might know but pcp dont know that

The neurologist already did the Sleep Deprivation EEG on me at his olffice. . And the MRI was done where the neurologist wanted it done...
At any rate...with an Abnormal EEG and MRI..something is wrong with me.......just knowing is better than not knowing...good or bad..in the end. less stress ...

I have an appointment with the neurologist at 3:30p today. Finally hope to have answers today. This all started Jan. 18th! Will post back and give update. Thanks for everyones update. Yep, I really am an over achiever...both EEG and MRI Abnormal! Ha ha Oh..I am still on Topamax 100mg twice a day.
