I was reading an article this amused me
Marge is the first cartoon.

This cover was the first Playboy cover to feature an African-American woman. The model is Darine Stern and the photographer was Richard Fegley.
 
Well, I guess this doesn't surprise me too much. That cartoon has had more bare butts then woodstock over the years.

Interesting thing about culture though. These simple animated drawings have become part of our lives. The show is quoted constantly. "D'oh" shows up in wikipedia. They have become such a part of our culture, it is sort of like putting Mrs. Cleaver on the cover.

That is really interesting. Going back and using that same pose. Wow, 1971. I am sure that raised a few eyebrows as well.
 
Wow. Thats hilarious. Who knew marge would be in playboy ^_^
