Hi, folks. Never tried antidepressants for sleep.Is it really worth trying? I am on valproate chrono , briviact and frisium and my neuro suggested a tiny dose of Trazodone, because frisium seems to stop working for sleep. Anyone has some info? Thanks
 
I have tried it, but didn’t notice any results.
Everyone is different. I believe it’s a very common medication for insomnia.
