Haven't posted in months, I'm curious does anyone here wake up sometimes with clenched hands? It has happened a few times recently to me, I wake up and my hands are either sore or still clenched so tight I can barely open them.
Not sure if this is anything to be concerned about, I will be telling my neuro about it when I see him soon.

I've never had that problem unless I've had a seizure then my toes sometimes clench rhythmically.

If you're clenching your fists in your sleep I'd check with a dentist (or orthodontist) to see if you're clenching your jaw as well. That can do damage to your teeth.

Lamictal made me clench my teeth --maybe the hand-clenching is a med side effect. Did anything change recently that might have triggered the clenching or changed your seizures somehow?
