Was wearing shorts at the beginning of the week but had to turn their furnace on today because it was so cold!
 
What's a furnace?

(Sorry, I don't mean to gloat, really I don't. I actually had to think for a minute to remember what a furnace was. SoCal then Hawaii. Yes. I'm spoiled. I know.)

You probably don't even have a furnace in your house! I can't imagine it being cold enough in Hawaii that you'd need one! Does it even snow there?

Don't really hike here, there's not that many places to do it.

The central heating system here is close the windows. The central air is open the windows. No it doesn't snow here. But then it never gets really beastly hot either. The difference between the mid winter and mid summer average temp is 9 degrees. So basically low seventies in the winter and low eighties in the summer.

A picnic at the beach sounds like a great idea.

It really came down hard here today. Still is but I like going to sleep to the sound o the rain.

No, but I did want to give it a try. Maybe I will check if it's an option for IBS.

no, but I've done other things in my dreams.

TPBM - has very vivid dreams, sometimes often scary.
