I kept a basic sort of diary (times of seizures, way I had been feeling in the days surrounding the seizures, meds, unusual stresses, etc. Seems like the same sorts of things the Epilepsy Diary above does. The thing that really changed everything for me, however, was the Seizure Tracker. (link in my signature line). Having a visual graph of the seizures showed patterns that didn't really show up just looking at the numbers. In addition to the diary mentioned above, I encourage everyone to try the Seizure Tracker.

I like the concept and wish they were downloadable for use on my PC, I do not want to store my seizure/medical history on some 3rd party website.

Change the Diary

Frink,

I have contacted my friend at EFA and told her about how someone may not be comfortable storing their history on a 3rd site and asked her to make the suggestion that they make the Diary downloadable. If they make any changes I will let the members of CWE know. :e:

I prefer to keep track of my seizures in an actual notebook. It's a Five Star notebook, that is about 7"x9", & has a loop on the front that I store a pencil in. My Simple Partials I can easily record. I tell my sons & husband to note everything about my Complex Partials--time, what I'm doing, etc.
