This challenge made it's way into my inbox today, and I thought it might be a positive thread here at CWE.

Each day... at the end of the day... Write down 3 things that went well for you that day, big or small. Focusing on the positive in this way can help avoid anxiety and depression.

Let's see how this goes :rock:
 
Hmmm. I'll start it off from yesterday, as I'm still playing catch up.

July 21st: Made it off the plane and back to house safely.
Bought new groceries to put in house--nice and fresh! :)
Paid off some bills.

Hmmmm. That does feel good. :bigsmile: Now, if I can just remember to do this every day.....:paperbag:
 
Figured out how to use online FAX (only took 3 hours!)
Made homemade pizza on the barbeque (crispy crust! like wood fired oven!)
Brushed, trimmed nails, bathed my dog (soft and handsome!)
