Hello! Some friends of mine want to go to a Hot Springs Resort. Have any of you ever been to one? Are they not recommended for people with Epilepsy?

I think it depends on your triggers and your level of seizure control. If you are sensitive to heat/hot water then you would want to be careful. And if your seizures are uncontrolled, then you probably wouldn't want to be in the water alone.
