So I read this article http://www.cambridge-news.co.uk/Hom...kling-on-human-combustion-theory-21082012.htm and it basically says how they have come up with an explanation for spontaneous han combustion.

The body produces acetone. This acetone is released through our pores and body fluids. When in ketosis, he body produces much more acetone. This making your sweat more and more flammable. It's possible that the victims of shc were all in ketosis at the time. Either due to diet, diabetes, alcohol or over exertion
