the hot weather is kicking in and i loose my appetite. i have been on optifast before and i half arsed it as usual lol but im just wondering if it will be different when im on keppra. basically ill only be taking optifast once a day and it will not be switched with any main meal its more of a boost for my lunch if i can switch my sandwich and bring in a salad and then have an optifast.

seeing as im on 500 mg a day it shouldnt affect it too much i guess.

but id love to hear if anyone has taken optifast and keppra.
