I have a bad stomach bug and I throwing up and can't stop. I also keep having seziures. I have had two in the last 3 hours. Should I call my doctor or wait it out?

Well, for the stomach bug alone you'd want to call your PCP. Flu season is over. You might have food poisoning
To be on the safe side I'd call your neurologist. He may have some rescue meds to get you through this.
Stay hydrated. I know it's hard when you are tossing your cookies.

I am certainly not an expert here... but this would get my red flags flying.
The connection between the gut and the brain.
You might consider ways that would get your GI system in perfect condition, if you want to see an improvement in seizure control. Even though you might not be feeling a connection on most days (when you don't have the flu), there is strong research that the two are sometimes connected.
Just my opinion though.
