identification

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone knows of a place in which I can get a wallet card that lists steps for seizure first aid (i.e. recovery position, do's, don'ts and timing). Was hoping for something a bit plasticky so it's durable, like a credit card. Not compulsory though as I can laminate...
