HEY everyone, hope all is good. Quick questions on the B vitiman 6 or 12 how should you take it? also, is anyone having problems with weight gain? since Aug.2010 i have put on around 30 pounds HELP!:ponder::e:

B6 and b12 are best taken together as part of a B-complex vitamin supplement. Some folks find that B6 in the evening affects their sleep, so you might want to take it earlier in the day. Vitamins tend to be acid, so best to take them with meals, which can help with absorption as well.

I put on weight with Lamictal (about 15 pounds). It seems to have stabilized though, so I'm hoping I can work it off.

You need to find a high quality brand first. Don't just grab a bottle off the shelf at the store. The best place to get those is from an herbalists who deals with a high grade company. If you don't know one, you can find what you need at naturessunshine.com
B-complex is actually 1 of nature's wonders when it comes to nerve damage repair!
