Do you use a full face mask or nose pillows with your CPAP machine? Did you have to try both to see which worked best or did the first one you tried work fine?

I always use mine but the reason I had a full on seizure last week was because I slept terribly the night before. And that was with using the CPAP. I a going to make an appointment with the sleep Dr this week to see what I can do.

When I am able to use it I use the full face mask. I take mine off, I'd say 90% of the time, in my sleep. Even using the straps and all I still do. So honestly I don't use it much anymore and sleep like crap in my recliner every night.

I used the nose first and the full face, when I am able to keep it on the face worked/works far better.

I've used the partial face mask (covers the nose only) for about a year and found uncomfortable and hot. Then I tried the nasal pillow type just as an experiment and I've been using it ever since. (about a year) It's not as hot and it feels better and more natural.
