I tried this new craze of adult colouring at first it was lovely the colours and relation brilliant so I thought go one step harder and got Zen colouring,I have never felt so ill had two sz so tried it again and had another sz,I am wondering why.Zen suppose make you relaxed I spend it pounding head ache and I'll over 24hours..so think before trying adult colouring

Maybe the Zen pages are more intricate. I like coloring also but had to give up on the more intricate ones. It's supposed to be relaxing but it was stressing me out. I now color the less detailed pictures.

you can google coloring pages for grown ups and print some off. I bought 3 books from Amazon but they are just to detailed.

Heck, I don't know, I might have to go to the kid's department and buy some books. IJK

My best friend bought me an adult coloring book for my birthday, she thought it might help me with my stress. I haven't had a proper look at it but think it's an easier one compared to others.

Funny thing is that my best friends birthday is just before mine & as part of her birthday present I bought her an adult coloring book as she has always been into art & coloring. The one I bought my best friend is a bit more harder then the one she gave me.

I ended up buying one after you're other thread along with some colored pencils. It looked really bad. I need to invest in some markers. :roflmao:

I use both thin tipped markers and colored pencils. you need a sharp point on the pencils unless you are covering a large area. I am going to try gel pens if I can remember to pick some up when I go to the store.

If I am coloring flowers I will look at pictures of flowers on line to see what colors might make them look more natural.

When first started it I was addictive to it but after doing the intense zen one made me feel so sick brought sz on the very thing I thought should help
