Have similar symptoms
Well I seem to sometimes have strange dreams/visions after I wake up, I cannot really explain what it is. I had one like 3 weeks ago and had one and felt horrible afterwards.

Also are any of you actually able to....MOVE? I am basically paralyzed , I only had one time where I was actually alone so I had people help me up.

I'm sure this is a extremely stupid question, just wanted to see other answers....

I've had some where I just segue right into sleep, which have been easier but maybe not very safe. but ones where I start to come to when there are people around, paramedics, crowd, family ... tend to strain me quite a lot in part because of the frustration of need to interact, but I'm so blitzed for a while I can't other than probably gibberish or grunting.
I've definitely had seizures that have left me unable to move much at all.
I definitely have distortions too when I'm regaining consciousness. not much pre seizure auras with me though.

I wouldn't say I was paralyzed - unable to walk though, that's my norm. Pretty much feel like I was hit by a bus or just ran a marathon from Hell.

I would say if feel more like AndrewIrish on this. My other issue is that I can't read for about a day either.

Amen to that.

Other than the bus and marathon, everything seems to go in slow motion, and everything I see is a different color. Think a bad acid trip (note: I have never taken acid, lol.)
