Hi Gang, my name is Kendahl and I am a Massage therapist in Phoeinx. I am so glad to hear about others fustrations. Mine is primarily with Memory loss so I would appreciate any and all ideas and coping ways. My title about is how I explain to others with a funny spin to it. Feel free to borrow it.

Cute spin Kendahl...
My daughters memory loss has been improved by being med free, and using neurofeedback as a way to stop the kindling producing seizures.
I would think that some of her vitamins and minerals are also good for memory.

Hi Kendahl,

I like your thread title--it definitely caught my attention!
I don't have any magic for remembering things. I write as much down as possible, and take a lot of pictures of my kids. I think having the pictures helps me deal with it more than anything.

I know it's frustrating--you definitely came to the right place to find support!
