I am scheduled for an ambulatory eeg on Tuesday for 72 hours. Which means I will still be wearing it over the up coming holiday. I have been wired up many times but this is the first ambulatory. I'm kinda looking forward to going to Walmart just to see the looks on everybodys face!

Thats not the real reason for this post. I am currently taking Clonazepam for anxiety. Neuro Psychiatrist says I can come off of it for the 72 hours since it is an AED and she doesn't want it to get in the way and keep me from having a seizure. My question is should I begin bringing myself off slowly or just stop since i'm not taking it to control my seizures.

If you take it every day, I would take it slow. I've known a couple people who said it was quite rough coming down off of that.

Stay safe!! You don't by chance have like Glasses Cam or anything do you? I'd love to see the faces of the ppl at Walmart LOL

No but I would love to look at the kid staring at me and look right at him and say WHAT!!

Ive always heard that clonazepam you have to ween yourself off of it. I take it now with my anti-e meds and my neuro wants to ween me off of it, but it's one that can mess with you with you if you take it consistently and just stop. i guess that's how it is for all of these things though
