Yet once again, another EEG scheduled for Thursday. It is always a huge waste of everyones time because I will bet that I don't fall asleep (no, really?) and that nothing shows up on the results. Then I can go back to the dr and he will tell me, yet again, "There is nothing showing up in your test. Are you sure that you are having seizures?" My husband will have to pry me off of the dr!!

At least with you they'll ask you if you're sure you're having seizures - they'd just tell me it's all in my head. I feel for you. It took 3 EEGs to pick up any seizure potential with me, and that was just this last round. I had several EEGs over the years prior that came up empty. So frustrating.

Usually I wouldn't wish a seizure on anyone. But I hope you get one during the EEG, one that knocks the socks off the EEG tech and the doc.

Nakamova, I hope I do too! I want a rip roaring one that tosses me from the chair :) My very first one showed seizure activity, but none of the following ones have. Its like when you need a hair cut and you can't stand your awful hair one more second, so you make the appointment to get it cut. Then that day, miracle of miracles, you have a fantastic hair day :)
