hi all,

just want a little adive, really,

i hope you dont mind,

on firday night ealy hours i had a sz, i woke up shaking and in the morning i woke feeling sick and was very tiryed and had a headach, i got over the sz by tusday felt so much better,

On wensday evening again went to bed totale fine, and i was laying there going to sleep reading, and i kapt getting the jarks in my arms and legs every couple of sencends, then a suddley my hole body start shaking this happind on and on for about 10mins in all i had the shaking of my body 3times in a row,
all what happind last night scayed me a lot,

i'm feeling sick and i had a headach today just feeling yuk again,

do you think i should see my gp or phone the ep nurse up,

last month it happind all around the same dates adn lucky my other half was with me at the time, i had a sz on the tusday evening and then again firday it happind again,

what is your adive,

My neuro told me to contact them if I have ANY seizures. I think you should call them
 
Definitely contact the e nurse or your neuro. If your meds aren't working then you need to take care of it.

Do you know what your seizure triggers are? Since you said it happened around the same time last month, maybe there's a hormonal link. If you keep a seizure journal, you can try and track anything that might be a contributing factor (like diet, fatigue, stress, activity, metabolism, hormones, overall metabolism, etc.).

I hope the nausea and headache are gone soon. Post-ictal blues...
 
If it was the same time last month, have you looked at what part of your monthly cycle you are in? It sounds to me like hormonal fluctuations are making your seizures worse, (catamenial epilepsy??) I would definately speak to your E nurse. (You are so lucky to have one, what part of england are you in and can I come live with you lol).
