Good evening everyone. I am new to this site. Since I have never been to this site, I am not exactly sure how I am supposed to be able to talk to anyone. Hope you can help me out. I came here to be able to converse with others that understand what I am going through. I am hoping that by being here I can learn from others about epilepsy and how they cope with same issues I have.

Welcome to CWE!

Everyone here is nice and supportive, so just jump right in. :) There are many links to helpful information, so you might find it interesting to browse, too. You can discuss medical related topics, ask questions, blow off steam (usually in "the padded room") or just socialize with others. Make yourself at home. :)

Thanks guys for the warm welcome! There are times when I just want to talk to someone. Even in this day and time, I found out real quick that some people still don't understand what epilepsy is. And, even though I was diagnosed years ago, I have so many questions.

My Son is 27 and he has E not me....

cannot begin to tell you what I have learnt here.....warm, caring, sharing place to hang out, we learn from each other and E education SO important to us all..

We ALL unique.....no question to small/big....there is always a listening ear...oh; well you can see how I feel about CWE.....big warm welcome longtallbaby.

I have tried to convince a couple of new people that they need to give previous members a car or some other expensive gift, but so far no one has seemed to believe me on that one. Would you care to be the first? If so, PM me and I will give you the details of what car I would like and where you can have it shipped. :)

In any case, just read a lot of the forums and see where you want to post and participate, and have a good time!
