yuck
I just wanted to let you all know how much I appreciate this site and you all

So sorry Peter, I hope you'll feel better soon. Take it easy.

Me too bud, a few hours before you. ((((HUGSSSSSS)))).
And you're so right about the site, thankful you're on here with us!!!

P&Q sorry your yesterday was full of suck. Hopefully today will be better. Fridays are always good. Hell, Robert Smith felt compelled to write a song about it. If you hate The Cure, don't look below.....

Peter, too bad about your sz but that is NO EXCUSE for not participating in the music game! :) (Seriously, that does suck. Was it a T/C or "just" a partial?) I've had a few partials in the past few days. Maybe something in the air?

Get better!

Woops, qtowngirl, I didn't see that you had been having szs too. Sorry about that. There really must be something in the air! Take care of yourself!

Must of been a bad week for everyone this week...geez! Definitely a global shift!

Full moon!

yes that's it!!!!!! it was lastnight here, bright as can be, and i had two seizures!!
pete, how about you? if you did too then there's def something to that!!
(hope you didn't tho) HUGSSSS.

Peter :( ((((hugs)))))

I'm going to need to look into this full moon thing and see when mine correspond.

But first - I need to listen to The Cure. thanks for posting that :D

I did notice the full moon thing. Weird. I've got a calendar on the epilepsy.com site that I use as a diary, but it isn't great. I always keep my eyes open for a better diary method. I've been wanting to be able to reference my seizure dates and see if there is some nonsensical correlation: full moon, sunspots, etc. and don't like the week-page version on the epilepsy.com site.

nope, no full moon connection here. *sigh*

Figuring out triggers is proving to be far more difficult than I anticipated.

In over 30 years of recording my seizures I have never really found a correlation with anything. They are like cats: do what they want when they want.

To follow on with what Arnie said.....if Seizures are cats, then trying to herd them with an EEG into the open is quite apt. =) I have still yet to wrangle them into the open.

I've been caffeine-free since my last one, at least, and I'm always trying to eat better...
