I've had extreme fatigue lately and it was suggested to me by a person at my local vitamin shop that I look at thyroid. However, I've had a TSH and T4 test done recently and those came back normal.

Has anyone heard of Keppra causing thyroid issues, perhaps even if numbers show themselves as normal, or should I look elsewhere?? Maybe just the sedating effect of Keppra itself is responsible.. i'm not sure..

Keppra's not not known to cause thyroid issues, and fatigue can have many causes. I think you should look elsewhere. I agree that it could just be the sedating side effect of the Keppra. see:

Are you taking any other supplements? If not, you might want to add a B-complex vitamin with B6 to help with Keppra side effects and to boost your energy.
