Do not worry, we all get lost at times and in differant ways. It can be easy talk to family at the best of times and once they except you have epilepsy, your off to a good start. I am not a hundred miles from you and for me, being here, means there are others who know how I feel, who have the same as me and can relate. There is advice, jokes, writing if you want, but for me the people. Its hard talk to people who know nothing about what you go through and how you feel. So welcome to CWE, look around and you might decide you like it. Everybody is here for you.

Welcome Breffney. I too have only been here for about a week after 20 years of epilepsy. Already I have benefited so much from peoples advice and experiences. You will find much comfort here and plenty of people pleased to listen and help. I hope you find lots of friends here.
