I have been on it for a bit more than 2 weeks for depression . Does anybody have muscle pain ? I don't want to be taking motrin all the time .
 
Has the muscle pain just started? It could actually be part of the depression, especially if you have just tapered off one medication and the Pristiq hasn't had a chance to kick in yet.
 
Muscle pain isn't listed as a common pristiq side effect (not that that rules it out in your case). If you can stand it, hang in there -- the side effect may disappear as your body gets used to the medication.

Pristiq does have a caution if you have a seizure disorder -- have you discussed this with your neuro?
