also does anyone have any info on how to increase testosterone levels herbally?
I remember this was mentioned at some point when I was postictal at the hospital after a sleep-seizure/during a migraine
I don't quite recall

I did some research and came across info about turmeric benefits with epilepsy, especially when taking phenytoin

Realize that exciting as it may be these results may be they are only the most preliminary of scientific studies & so far have only been proven on rats.
What the Science Says
There is little reliable evidence to support the use of turmeric for any health condition because few clinical trials have been conducted.
Preliminary findings from animal and laboratory studies suggest that a chemical found in turmeric—called curcumin—may have anti-inflammatory, anticancer, and antioxidant properties, but these findings have not been confirmed in people.

I see nothing wrong with adding it to your diet but I wouldn't get too excited about it yet. Also remember that because there is minimal research done on it there may be unknown side-effects of larger doses.

Try typing "testosterone" into the "search" option at the top of the page

Ive been told my a friend that this could potentially help out...??

Along with fish oil & black pepper it absorbs much better and breaks blood brain barrier.

Ive spent lots of time reading up on it along with curcumin. Curious if anyone else has began taking it.

Ive found a few people/posts/articles where it shows to reduce seizures of all kinds, reduce sides from certain drugs, etc.

Promising for someone as myself.
