Today, in my primary care doc's office (there for my hubby), I started to feel horrible - very weak and tired. He offered to see me and I said yes. While he was gone, my left shoulder started to do its thing. When he came back in my shoulder was still going. It stopped after a while. When my shoulder was done, I felt a lot better. The only other time I have felt that way was before I had a nasty case of double vision.

I have found that if I get really sleepy and tired in the middle of the day, so tired that I feel like I HAVE to try to take a nap, I will probably have a partial or three later on in the day. I get tired after them, too. Since things have been changing in the past couple of months, though, I am tired more and more of the time and am having fewer "big" simple partials and more really small ones or subclinical ones. Not fun. I think fatigue and tiredness are a big part of epilepsy.
