Atonic episode?

Last night before I went to bed, I was brushing my teeth. All of a sudden I had a brief aura, then I just fell to the floor. My girlfriend said it looked like I was a tree that was falling. I was out for about 20-30 seconds, and when she asked me questions, I was just mumbling. (Luckily, I wasn't injured)

I've never had an atonic episode before, and I haven't had any seizures in about a month.

From anyone's experience, could this be an atonic?

It could have been a seizure, but it could also have been an episode of fainting which could have looked the same and resulted in mumbling afterwards, so hard to tell for sure. Write down your pre- and post- symptoms, and report them to your neurologist at your next visit or sooner if a similar episode occurs again. Check these out, and see what you think.
