Anyhow even though i don't loose consciousness and have not had another seizure or anything i just sort of "switch" and feel odd when everything builds up after the auras.
If they are epileptic in origin, the auras and odd feelings are also seizures, even if there is no loss of consciousness or convulsing. So you could be experiencing frequent [partial] seizures. All the more reason to get a qualified epileptologist to take a closer look at your symptoms.

My aura is intense fear and the intense fear continues during my complex partials. During a complex partial, the fear is so powerful and intense. It's unbearable and painful. It's like physical pain. But, I have not had a complex partial since my surgery in June 2015. I still have auras, though. I had laser ablation surgery on my left temporal lobe.
