biting tongue while having a seizure

hi my name is mikyla and I'm new to this website, i had a seizure on Friday and i bit the left side of my tongue once again :/ , and now cant talk and when i try to eat something it takes three times longer to eat than normal and its frustrating and wondered if anyone else has this problem and any advice?

im vixen, I have that same issue, but I bite all the way around my tounge. I swear I will have a Permanente ring around my tounge some day my taste buds an ya hurts like a bitch my husband puts a washcloth in my mouth sumtimes when he can, helps!

shit, i bit my tougne during breakfast a few days ago, after a while you just get used to it.
 
When my wife bit it was only slight. A warning that a seizure would be soon .

I do not recall biting the tongue but i know the dentist always points out that my molars are all flat from aggressive grinding, so there must be some tongue stuff in there too.
