Ok peeps simple question discussion, how did you learn too tune into your body, any tips you've realised thongs you've learnt, changed had too do :-)

Good question! I think I'm still learning... but one thing I do now: If I feel dizzy or shaky in any way I stop what I'm doing, sit down if possible, and start breathing from the diaphragm (lower belly) with small inhales and long exhales. Don't know to what extent it helps -- but it gives me something to focus on, and maybe a sense of control (or the illusion of control).

I'm with Nakamova on breathing. For me, laying down for an hour, deep breathing, with my teddy bear helps calm me down! There's a certain sense of comfort that I get whenever I've got my teddy.
