Can Benadryl cause seizures

I had gotten a lot of bee stings and ended up going to the ER at 3am. I don't know what meds they gave me at the ER and I don't not if they gave me any benadryl but I took some around 4pm after I came home. I had a seizure at 5:30pm. I don't know if the benadryl could have caused it.
