Cervical spondylosis (wear and tear of the disks in the neck) can cause tingling/numbness/weakness in the extremities, as well as lack of coordination/difficulty walking, abnormal reflexes/muscle spasms, and loss of bladder or bowel control. So it shares certain symptoms with epilepsy -- and could even be a differential diagnosis in the absence of a positive EEG.
If your seizures are triggered by neck pain or fatigue caused by cervical spondylosis, then it could play an aggravating role. Conversely, CS could be made worse by osteoarthritis related to calcium deficiencies caused by AEDs.
