I know this is going to sound stupid, but here goes.

I changing the type of magnesium. I was taking 1/8 tablet of magnesium at 10PM. After reading on this forum I am changing to Magnesium Chloride.

My question is there anything I should watch for?

Were you taking a form of magnesium that isn't as absorbed as well? If so, for the switch to magnesium chloride, start with a smaller-sized dose to see how you feel.

Just started Paige on magnesium chloride last night. Recommended dose is 3 pills totaling 400mg. I'm giving her 2 pills at night and 1 in the morning. So far no side effects.

Just started last taking 1 tablet, so,far so good.

I haven't had the jerk nor the diarrhea.

I've been taking 2 'high potency' Magnesium Oxide tablets, each tablet is 500mg, so I'm taking a 1000mg dose once a day at lunch.

I'm considering switching to Chloride as well.

I feel silly to be scared to change something, but I've have had such a hard time with Vitamins.

Thanks guys for reading and replying.
