End of BST, back to GMT.. Clocks back an hour in the UK Saturday night at 2am Sunday morning :)

I thought it was always on a sunday they went forward/back?
 
Thanks for this post i almost forgot about this ... Does that mean we gain a hour sleep
 
.. it will be Sunday (2am).. you can wait til the morning but then you may have forgotten! I put mine back before going to bed :)

When daylights savings starts/ends here I usually change the clocks before I go to bed.
We started daylights saving a few weeks ago.
