I talked with my neuro about the sudden increase in my seizures.
He's increasing my Clonazepam by 1MG starting tomorrow.
Maybe my seizures will go back to zero if I'm lucky?

Becareful with clonazepam because it can make you very drowsy and tired at first because I take 3mg. a day for spasm and epilepsy,You consider vitamins and nutrition.

I've never thought about any cetain kind of diet or vitamins.
There are very few drugs that work for me and Clonazepam is one of the few.
It's been 42 yrs with sz's I seem to have tried just about everything.
