I only drink 8 cups a day except when I'm extremely tired then I drink more. Sometimes two pots.
 
Hee hee....I used to have you beat. :) I used to drink up to 3 pots per day. You want to know the funny thing? I never had a problem falling asleep. :)
 
Skillefer, you ought to just invest in one of those IVs. Just hook it up. Pump that coffee in...no just kidding. That would hurt!

I like those cold glass bottles made by Starbucks with a hint of chocolate in them and loads of sweetener. That's something I rarely if ever drink because they're loaded with calories and a LOT of caffeine.

I've heard that some of the coffeeshops have over 600 calories of both sugar and fat depending upon how much whip is on top and how much sugar they pour in it.

Yup ... this is what Rebecca had the morning she had her first seizure. Has made me very aware of nutrition since then. I also believe that many of these flavored drinks have MSG in them too.
